1. Exhibition Fee
An exhibition fee will be charged when we receive your exhibition application (we will send you an invoice by e-mail later)
*Please bear the transfer fee at your company.
*Other expenses except exhibition fee will be charged after the exhibition.
*Applications for electrical work and leased equipment will be announced in late October. These costs will be charged by Advance Co., Ltd.

2. Cancellation
If you cancel your participation up to 60 days before opening of the Exhibition, you will be charged for 50% of the exhibition fee as a cancellat ion fee, and 100% of that thereafter. In case the Exhibition is not held due to the organizer’s convenience, however, the exhibition fee will be fully refunded

3. Joint Exhibits
Joint exhibits will only be accepted adjacent or face-to-face.
