⑤Precautions for applying　*Required

1. Applications will be accepted on first-come-first-served basis. (Acceptance should be made by an return e-mail from the secretariat.)

2. An applicant has to be an exhibitor in the ISS2025 (except for catalog exhibition).

3. A lecture timetable will be decided by the secretariat based on lecture topics, etc.

4. 100% of cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel after the application deadline.

5. Regarding the titles of lecture, name of speaker and other manuscripts.
Pre-registration for attendees will be started on the exhibition website from mid-April 2025. Please prepare "Lecture title, name of speaker", "Lecture summary (about 200 characters)", "Recommended for such people (3 points)" by March 21 (Fri). (The manuscript format and submission address will be informed by e-mail later)

6. Lecture expenses and option usage fees will be charged after completion of the exhibition.
* The applicable consumption tax is that effective at the time of opening this exhibition. In case your application is made before the change of the tax, the difference will be additionally charged.
* You are kindly requested to pay a bank transfer fee.
