Remarks
  1. We will send materials for exhibition to an applicant late April.
  2. The electric charge and wiring expense for demonstration is to be separately billed to the exhibitor after the exhibition.
  3. For the electric power(wiring,earthing,others), and availability of the booth table, we will send documents separately.
  4. The installation charge for internet line is JPY 60,000+TAX. It will be billed to the exhibitor after the exhibition.
  5. In case an applicant cancels his participation due to his convenience, an exhibition fee will not be refunded.
    If you cancel your participation up to 60 days before opening of the Exhibition, you will be charged for 50% of the exhibition fee as a cancellation fee, and 100% of that thereafter. In case the Exhibition is not held due to the organizer’s convenience, however, the exhibition fee will be fully refunded.
  6. Please note that we may decline your request for participation as an exhibitor when the organizer of the exhibition determines that its criteria for exhibitors are not met.
  7. For joint exhibition, we only accept the arrangement of booths that are next to or opposite to each other.
  8. Resale of a booth(s) is prohibited.
  9. The exhibits shall be carried-in on Jun. 13(Tue.) and carried-out on Jun. 16(Fri.).

【Special Zone】Digital Solutions Zone

Digital Solution for Manufacturing Industry to Support Digitalization of Value Chain
The “Digital Solutions Zone” will be established gathering the categories such as notable AI, deep learning, cloud computing, 5G, 6G, communication, IoT, edge computing, VR, AR, MR and Automation system and RPA among other things. This is a great opportunity of publicity for the companies concerned.
*In case you want to exhibit in this zone, check in the box for “Digital solutions zone” in the exhibition application form to apply.

Light Source and Lighting Zone

In order to enhance convenience of visitors looking for a light source and a lighting device and increase the number of people visiting a booth, a “light source and lighting zone” is installed. With its depth being 1,800 mm, twice larger than a table-top booth, you can have negotiations without being disturbed by people in an adjacent booth. See application guidelines for the specifications of the booth.

Video exhibition booth

In response to your request to have an opportunity to publicize your company with no attendant present at site, we will install this booth to allow video exhibition of your product with no attendant required.

Catalog exhibition area

Up to 3 kinds of catalogs, etc. introducing your company, products and services are allowed to be presented in the visitors’ gathering areas so that they can freely take them.

Technological consultation area

With cooperation of Imaging Association Japan and voluntary participant companies, this area is installed to answer the visitors’ questions.
Since this area allows you to have more contacts with the visitors, you will have a great opportunity to understand potential needs by being a consultant. You do not need to be an overall expert of image processing because your area of expertise is clearly specified to accept consultations. The consultants will be assembled on later date to hold a meeting to review the consultations.

Image Sensing Seminar

An Image Sensing Seminar is planned to introduce and publicize latest information and new products of image processing technologies. This popular seminar has attracted a large audience every time. We will start registering your participation at the Exhibition’s website since the middle of April. The rough number of auditors can be known beforehand and their attendance will be confirmed upon their arrival at the site, allowing an efficient sales activity to actual visitors. These booths are installed for you to experience the effect of exhibition at the Image Sensing Show.
They allow exhibition at a reasonable price.

This type of booth includes a table [1,800(W)×900(D)×740(H)mm], tablecloths(White & Blue) panels, company nameplate with general font(1 plate per booth), which will be provided by the secretariat. The table is removable if unnecessary. The company nameplate with specified LOGOs can be ordered separately. (Charged) Free to decorate own booth(s).

Booth:
1,800(W)×900(D)×2,250(H)mm

This type of booth includes a table [1,500(W)×900(D)×740(H)mm], tablecloths(White & Blue), catalog stand, back & sidepanels, company nameplate with general font(1 plate per booth), which will be provided by the secretariat. The table is removable if unnecessary. The company nameplate with specified LOGOs can be ordered separately. (Charged) Free to decorate own booth(s).

Booth:
1,800(W)×900(D)×2,250(H)mm

Same space as one table-top booth, only provided with a back panel, partition panel and company nameplate with regular characters. Within this space, you can freely bring in a table, chair, exhibition stand, etc. for exhibition.

*The exhibition stand, chair, etc. can be optionally rented(charged).
*In case electric power is required, an electrical work cost and an electricity usage fee are additionally required(necessary to apply).

It is more specious than the table-top booth and enables a large-scaled demonstration.

Backyard Stock Room

An exclusive stock room is secured for stocking catalogs, packaging materials, etc.
to allow more effective use of the exhibition booth in terms of space.
The room will be installed near the backyard of the exhibition site.

Video Exhibition Section

You can always run videos in the booth during the exhibition period and continue to publicize at a website after the exhibition period.

Catalog Exhibition Section

Booth:
1,000(W)×500(D)×2,400(H)mm

This type of booth includes a system panel,exhibition stand(1,000(W)×500(D)×1,000(H)mm), 32-inch monitor (loudspeaker and media player incorporated) and company nameplate with general font (1 plate per booth).
*A logo designated company nameplate will be optional (charged).
*Up to 3 kinds of catalogs, etc. may be placed flat on the exhibition stand.(Remaining catalogs, etc. will not be sent back.)
*It is not allowed to exhibit a product/device or station an attendant.

*This type of plan includes a catalog stand and a company nameplate with general font(1 plate per spot).
*A logo designated company nameplate is optional(charged).
*Up to 3 kinds of catalogs, etc. introducing your company, products and services are allowed to be presented in the visitors’gathering areas so that they can freely take them.
(Remaining catalogs, etc. will not be sent back.)
*Catalogs with thickness of 20mm or more are not acceptable.
*No attendant is allowed to be stationed.

*Display tools(System panel, display stand, 32-inch Monitor and orthographic company name plate, business cardtray) are included.

PR images to be submitted
They will be repeatedly run without break during the exhibition period. Also, they will be publicized at the exhibition’s website after the exhibition period, as with the exhibition booth PR videos to be uploaded by each exhibitor, allowing continuous PR activities not only during, but also after the exhibition period.

*Prepare the video within the duration of up to 5 minutes.
(Recommended duration is 2 to 3 minutes suitable for focused viewing.)

Special Notes

1.Side panel (tabletop booth)
No side panel will be installed on the passage side for the tabletop type booth located in the corner booth.
If it is necessary, fill in the form with required information when applying for electrical work.

2.Height regulations for package booths and space only exhibits
The height of the exhibited products is allowed up to 3,300mm only for the Package Booth, Space Only(decorations up to 2,400mm).
Submit the outline, drawings, etc. of the exhibit to the secretariat beforehand to consult. Please note, however, that we may not accept the exhibit in case the secretariat determines that it could affect other exhibition booths.

3.Designation of the booth location
No booths can be located at your request. Please leave the decision to the secretariat.
