Above mentioned ornament fees are included Partition Panels (Side Panels and Back Panel), Table[1,800(W) x 900(D) x 740(H)mm],2 sets of fluorescent lighting fixtures, Company Name Board, Table Cloth (White and Blue), 2 sets of pipe chairs, assembling booths.

Remarks
1. The briefing session for exhibitors (Japanese Only) is scheduled at the end of October.
2. Electric charges and wiring expenses for demonstration will be separately billed to the exhibitor after the exhibition
3. The application of electric power (Wiring, Grounding, others), compressor will be provided separately.
4. Installation expenses for the temporary telephone are JPY 15,000, For an ordinary line, JPY 40,000 for the ISDN and JPY 120,000 for the optical fiber (B FLETS by NTT). It will be billed with your telephone charge after the exhibition.
5. If exhibitors need to cover the booth with a blackout curtain, it is required to install a smoke sensor by the Fire Services Acts. As for the installation standard and fees, please contact with secretariat.
6. The product guide book will be issued which includes products from the concurrent event. (Issued 35,000 copies) Please provide a short text message with a product photo for one product each to the secretariat. The insertion fee is JPY 5,000. per product.
7. If exhibitors cancel the participation due to their own reason, the exhibition fee will not be refunded. For the cancellation made 60days prior to the exhibition commencing date, 50% of the fee will be charged. After 60days, 100% of the fee will be charged.
8. The exhibits shall be moving-in on December 7 (Tue) and moving-out on December 10 (Fri). If the exhibitor will decorate their booth by themselves, it is able to moving-in at afternoon on December 6 (Mon).
